Overview

1. This is used for how your project got to its current state, IE- limited track time, no flagger, Gang break downs, stayed back on previous sub to complete So on and so forth. Please be detailed about it so we have an understanding how your week is starting the way it is.
2. Project planning includes details to the best of your ability of the next two weeks. This includes but does not limit load out plan, stockpile plan, flagger, travel time, etc. This is not a concrete plan, but tentative. If the plan changes, project planning will be updated.
3. Please include the areas of your project that need high level attention. FOR EXAMPLE - Behind on rail, Behind on OTM, Rail car spotting, Truck loading, row access, fire danger, crossing availability, lack of railroad support, labor on vacation, equipment in the shop or breakdown, etc.
4. List the challenges that will prevent you from making this plan successful. For example - back-to-back crossings, Surf gang, form B, Limited stockpile locations, soft ground, slick rail, grade. ETC. Please be as detailed as possible.
5. List your footage behind the gang and number of curves both rail and OTM. Be sure to Separate Rail and OTM.
6. Please input how many trucks you plan to load during the week and which days. Be as detailed as possible in each box. Please enter rail car in Truck Type field.
