Formerly known as “Happs,” this 34-acre site specializes in grading, testing, sorting, biomass production, tie chipping, transloading, storage, and disposal services. With direct rail access and switching to CSX, CN, and CP, the terminal ensures efficient movement of materials throughout the Midwest.
Conveniently situated within five miles of both I-80 and I-57, our Chicago Heights location offers an ideal setting for truck loading and distribution. The terminal also provides local and wholesale sales of railroad ties, steel, and OTM (Other Track Material), supported by an in-house field crew dedicated to tie and rail pickup.
